The San Antonio Spurs no longer have DeMar DeRozan, LaMarcus Aldridge, Patty Mills, and Rudy Gay, which means putting up points won’t be as easy as the last few seasons.

Longtime head coach Gregg Popovich has taken notice of the drop in scoring, and said after Thursday’s loss to Dallas that his team needs to rely more on their fundamentals without a consistent go to guy.

“We have to be more perfect in real fundamental ways because we’re not going to have that guy to give the ball to and say go score now. That’s not who we are. We’ve got to do everything together, and they’re trying their best to do that and they’ll get better at it, and just got to stick with it.”
