American businessman and current Phoenix Suns owner Robert Sarver is facing a possible termination from the league.

As per insider Jordan Schultz, the NBA is preparing to address Sarver on issues like racism, sexism, and sexual harassment. With plenty of evidence to present, the owner might be forced out by the association itself.

Recently, Sarver faced a huge backlash among the Suns fans for being reluctant in giving core piece big man Deandre Ayton his rookie max contract. Not paying the player who became the anchor of the Suns’ recent deep playoff run swirled the emotions of Phoenix faithful — thinking of uncertainty about the long-term commitment between the two.

The last owner that was removed and banned for life in the NBA was Donald Sterling, the primary holder of the Los Angeles Clippers from 1979 to 2014. Sterling went out after his racist remarks from private recordings were released in public — thus sparking protests from black communities, sports world and in the whole United States.
