DeAndre Jordan on who will be Lakers starters

There is no secret that LeBron James, Anthony Davis and Russell Westbrook will be starting for the Los Angeles Lakers this season. The question remains on who will take the remaining two starting spots.

Lakers newcomer DeAndre Jordan was asked if he has any indication on which players will be starting alongside the Big Three and whether he would like to be one of them.

“Would I like that? There’ll be games where certain guys are in and out,” the 33-year-old center said. “It’s a long season. A lot of people say that we’re an old group. I’m sure guys will take some rest nights or some unlucky mishap, whatever it may be. I think when guys getting there we’re going to be able to pick each other up as best as possible.

“When Dwight comes in for me or vice versa, we’re excited for the next person to come in. I think that’s the way it’ll be the entire season. We know who our leaders are, who our dogs are out there. We just got to be able to be a great supporting cast all around. As far as starting, we haven’t gotten any indication of who he is. But whoever’s i there I’m sure they’ll do a great job. And then we got the next man up attitude.”
