Since the offseason, fans are raising their eyebrows on how the Los Angeles Lakers will work accordingly. Naming issues, like age concerns, the play style of each, as well as the availability of all, LA’s lead man, in spite of the criticisms being given, shows no clear sign of anxiety entering the 75th season of the league.

Following the team’s latest preseason loss to the Golden State Warriors, LeBron James voiced out his sentiments about the negative circumstances swirling around. Confidently speaking, the four-time MVP claimed that it will “going to take a minute” for the Lakers to be coordinated very well.

“It’s going to take a minute for us to become the team that we know we are going to be capable of being. We’re going to have moments where we’re not quite right there. We may take steps backwards. But that’s all part of … I think nothing is worth having if it’s not worth working for.”

In addition, James acknowledged the hard time that will follow if he got be frustrated as the leader of the pack.

“Me, as a leader, my job is for myself not to get frustrated. If I don’t get frustrated, I think it will trickle down to everyone else. I’ve never been a person that’s OK with not being excellent. But I understand things take time as well. As long as I keep the main thing the main thing, stay even keel throughout whatever is going on with our ballclub, then we’ll be fine.”

The Lakers are winless in six preseason meetings — absorbing attention around the league on how they will go further. Remarkably, they acquired star point guard Russell Westbrook in a transaction with the Washington Wizards. Since then, questions about the suitability of their trio with Anthony Davis anchoring the front court have been buzzing all around.

Lakeshow will try to come back from prominence in this new season. They are set in an opening night showdown against Steph Curry and the Golden State Warriors on October 19.
