The Golden State Warriors, despite not having Klay Thompson, remained perfect in preseason games after defeating the Los Angeles Lakers for the second time (111-99). The Dubs have now won all four preseason games and will face the Portland Trail Blazers for the final one.
Warriors head coach Steve Kerr is happy with what he sees from his team so far. According to him, a lot of the players on the roster have a good feel for basketball.
“I was excited before camp. I would say I’m even more excited now,” Kerr said, per Mark Haynes. “I really liked this team and the way the pieces fit. I like the number of players we have on our team who have really good basketball feel…I think it’s going to be a really fun team to coach.”
