Jahlil Okafor has become a free agent after the decision of the Brooklyn Nets to waive him on Thursday.
Okafor joined the Nets via a trade from the Detroit Pistons a few days ago, yet Brooklyn went on to part ways with him.
The former No. 3 pick played 27 games last season, averaging 5.4 points and 2.4 rebounds.
