New Lakers teammates LeBron James and Russell Westbrook are already spending time together. Photos of the two stars training together and attending Summer League game were posted online recently.
Sports analyst Skip Bayless thinks that LeBron is trying to bring Russ into his inner circle in order to build chemistry ahead of the coming season. However, the co-host of UNDISPUTED does not think it will work.
“This is exactly what LeBron needs to be doing with Russell Westbrook, ingratiating him to his inner circle. But I’m here to tell you: LeBron, it will not work,” Bayless said on UNDISPUTED as he proceeded to give examples on Westbrook’s experiences with other stars, such as Kevin Durant, James Harden, Paul George and Bradley Beal.
