Real Madrid has earned a total of $18M from NBA buy-out clauses, per report

Real Madrid has earned a significant amount of money from NBA buy-out clauses, according to a report by Marca.

More specifically, the “Whites” have earned a total of $18M from the players that left the club and moved to the NBA.

Over the past 10 years, a total of 10 players parted ways with Real Madrid and joined an NBA team, including Sergio Rodriguez, Nikola Mirotic and Luka Doncic.

Facundo Campazzo was the one that paid the highest buy-out ($6M), while Gabriel Deck (OKlahoma City Thunder) and Usman Garuba (Houston Rockets) were the last ones that left Real Madrid and moved to the NBA.
