Real Madrid added FC Barcelona’s swingman and former EuroLeague Defensive Player of the Year Adam Hanga on a three-year deal, per Eurohoops’ Chema De Lucas.
Hanga was a crucial part of FC Barcelona’s EuroLeague run in the past season, helping the team reach the championship game.
The veteran wing averaged 4.6 points, 2.2 rebounds and 1.7 assists in 15 minutes over 41 games of the 2020-21 EuroLeague. He also was part of the Catalans’ team that won the ACB Finals after seven years.
He averaged 5.5 points, 3.2 rebounds and 2.0 assists in 15:42 minutes over 42 Spanish League matches. During his career. Hanga also played for Albacomp, Manresa and Baskonia.
