Golden State Warriors are looking into ways to improve immediately after being out of the postseason for second year in the row.

The Warriors currently hold the No. 7 and No. 14 picks in the 2021 NBA Draft, and the franchise could package those picks alongside James Wiseman for an immediate starting five upgrade, per John Hollinger of The Athletic (hat tip to sportnet.ca).

Hollinger suggests Pascal Siakam of the Toronto Raptors is the “one name to watch” in case the Warriors decide to make a move to improve their roster.

Siakam is set to earn more than $33 million in 2021-22 and is signed through 2023-24. The 27-year-old has led the Raptors in scoring the previous two years, averaging 21.4 points per game this past season.
