Domantas Sabonis flirted with the triple-double and led the Indiana Pacers to the 117-144 victory over the Charlotte Hornets in the opener of the play-in tournament.

Sabonis had 14 points, 21 rebounds and nine assists for the Pacers, who dominated the game from start to finish and cruised to an easy victory. Seven more players scored in double figures for Indiana, which survived the first part of the play-in tournament

The Pacers will now face the loser of Wizards-Celtics to decide the No. 8 seed and a matchup with the Philadelphia 76ers in the first round.

On the other hand, the Hornets have been officially eliminated from playoff contention.
