Luca Vildoza is nearing in a deal to join the New York Knicks, as reported by Chema De Lucas. Vildoza is expected to move to the NBA and the New York franchise immediately.
The point guard from Argentina is negotiating a buy out with Baskonia to finalize the deal, according to Eurohoops. Vildoza is an active member of the Argentinian national team.
He is a member of Baskonia since 2016 helping the team win the ACB title last season, while he was named Finals MVP.
At the same time, he is one of the most prolific guards in EuroLeague averaging 8.1 points, 3.2 assists, 1.9 rebounds and 1.1 steals in 106 appearances in the competition.
