Kristaps Porzingis suffered an ankle injury during the game against the Los Angeles Lakers and could miss the rematch on Saturday.
According to Dallas head coach Rick Carlisle, Porzingis rolled his left ankle, but it is not clear yet how serious the injury is.
“He is walking. He’s not in a boot or anything. Uncertain as to the severity. We’re hoping it’s not too severe. I don’t think he’s been ruled out for Saturday yet,” Carlisle said about Porzingis, via Brad Townsend of Dallas Morning News.
The Mavericks defeated the Lakers at home on Thursday (110-115). The two teams will meet again on Saturday.
