Zach LeDay will not be at Ettore Messina’s disposal for at least the next two weeks, after sustaining an injury to his right thigh flexors, Olimpia Milano announced.
LeDay suffered the injury during Sunday’s Italian Cup final vs. Pesaro. The 26-year-old forward from Virginia Tech is an important piece of Messina’s rotation in Milan.
He averages 12.9 points on 53-percent shooting from the field and a career-high 48-percent from three-point range through three competitions. He also grabs 5.6 rebounds per game.
Olimpia Milano has been experiencing a great season so far, having the third best record in the EuroLeague and the best record in the Italian League.
