Frank Vogel shared his thoughts on the Los Angeles Lakers’ home loss to the Portland Trail Blazers (115-107).
Vogel said the Lakers started the game with great energy, but failed to sustain their lead and Portland took over after that.
“I thought we came out with great energy, sort of jumped on them and built up that early lead. We just weren’t able to sustain it for whatever reason,” Vogel said, via Matthew Moreno of Lakers Nation.
The head coach of the Lakers also noted his team was ‘stuck in mud’ at times during the game and that should change in the coming games.
The Lakers dropped to 2-2, whereas the Blazers improved to 2-1.
