Blake Griffin addressed the rumors regarding his future with the Detroit Pistons and his playing time next season.
Griffin is ‘excited’ about the 2020/21 season and has no plans to play on minutes restrictions.
“Trade talk doesn’t really bother me. I’ve been doing this for too long. I have a great relationship with the front office. When it came to trades, I didn’t spend a lot of time paying attention to.
“I’m very excited. It’s been a long year of chatter,” Griffin said, via James Edwards III of The Athletic.
Griffin had a season-ending knee surgery in January 7, 2020. He averaged 15.5 points and 4.7 rebounds in 18 games.
