Gersson Rosas and the Minnesota Timberwolves moved quickly to secure Malik Beasley’s future, according to Chris Hine of Star Tribune.

The promising guard/forward agreed on a four-year, $60 million deal with the Minnesota Timberwolves. Beasley was a part of a multi-team trade deal back in February.

According to Hine, the fourth year of the contract will be optional for the Wolves. After a three-year stint as a deep rotation option with Denver, upon coming to the Wolves Beasley became a starter and flourished.

He averaged 20.7 points in 14 games with the Wolves shooting 43% from three-point range.
