Tony Allen made an interesting statement regarding the superstars of the Los Angeles Clippers, Kawhi Leonard and Paul George.

The former NBA player said the two stars should be blamed for the Clippers’ struggles, not head coach Doc Rivers.

“You go as far as the stars go and…the stars didn’t show up,” Allen said during his appearance on the SiriusXM radio.

Allen also believes the lack of chemistry between Leonard, George and their teammates was the main reason for the Clippers’ failures this season.

The Clippers could not get past the second round of the playoffs. The club parted ways with coach Doc Rivers and is now in search for his replacement.
