Nuggets stay alive in series vs. Jazz behind Jamal Murray’s 42 points

The Denver Nuggets won one of the three “do or die” games they need to get in order to advance to the next round of the 2020 NBA playoffs.

Jamal Murray was the major factor for Denver in the closing minutes. The Canadian guard dropped a game-high 42 points along with 8 rebounds and 8 assists.

The fellow Nuggets’ superstar Nikola Jokic added 31 points with 6 rebounds and 4 assists. Both Murray and Jokic combined for more than 50% from the field to lead the Nuggets in a crucial victory over the Utah Jazz.

For Utah, Donovan Mitchell had a team-high 30 points. Game 6 will take place on Thursday.
