Kemba Walker shared his thoughts on his first playoff series victory as a member of the Boston Celtics.
The star of Boston scored 32 points in Game 4 against the Philadelphia 76ers, helping his team defeat the Sixers (110-106) and sweep the series (4-0).
Walker told reporters afterwards that he joined the Celtics in order to fight for the championship.
“I came to Boston to play high-level basketball. To play in the playoffs. To win playoff games. That’s what I came here for,” Walker said.
The Celtics will now face the Toronto Raptors in the Eastern Conference playoff semifinals.
Game 1 will take place on Thursday, August 27.
