On the subject of the new Euroleague rule that all clubs must have 10,000+ indoor stadiums starting in the 2009-10 season article on the news section, which can be found here [dead link], here are some of these 10,000+ arenas that are available to basketball clubs that currently compete under ULEB's umbrella.

TAU Ceramica arena capacity is currently 9,717, but will be expanded to 13,000 for new Euroleague arena rules.
FC Barcelona arena 17,000 capacity
Real Madrid arena 15,000 capacity
or Real Madrid can also play here 15,000 capacity

Unicaja Malaga arena currently 10,500 capacity, but will be expanded to 17,000 by an upgrade and renovation project.
