Yes, its true.

His attackers told him that they did it because he won't play for Lithuania NT in Eurobasket.

I understand fans being upset after losing Kleiza, Maciulis and some players like Ilgauskas never playing, but they missed the key point that Macijauskas retired from basketball Crazy
