Efes Pilsen, also interested in Mike Batiste

Real Madrid is not the only team interested in Mike Batiste. Efes Pilsen could have also on the radar the 32-year-old American center, who averaged 11.1 points and 5.1 rebounds last season in thet Greek A1 league. Batiste, is at the end of his expiring contract with Panathinaikos, where he has played since 2003.

I hope Childress does go back to the NBA. I hate having to watch him shoot. He has the ugliest shot I have ever seen.

It's being reported that Maric goes too. He's the best fit. Mccalebb would be second best fit, Vesley 3rd best. Kecman and Roberts aren't really needed unless there's a change in the roster of other key players, which looks unlikely.

Have you seen him play? Jamont Gordon is very talnted shooting guard, also can play at 3 position because of his strengh and of course in PG position.

very versitile.of course needs to improve his behind the arc shooting.but very good guard and he is just turned 23.
I didn't see Jamont Gordon play, but according to the stats, he looks a good alternative to anderson.

I hope that Perkins won't leave maccabi, and I think he will stay if he won't get an offer from the NBA.
Jeremy pargo is also talking to maccabi again sport 5

Much worse then Gordon. <img src='http://www.talkbasket.net/forums/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/angry.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='Angry' />

If Gordon will come instead of Perkins or as SG, I can stand it.

Still-Maccabi need 2 PG. (or PG+Scheyer)
Maccabi has interest in Ian Vougioukas and has almost signed him already. 2 years at €850,000 euros per season.

I don't understand why Panathinaikos does not sign him.

At €850,000 euros per season he is a very good deal IMO. He can score in the low post and he can shoot out to the 3 point line. He's a good rebounder and an excellent shot blocker. To me he's a much better center than what Maccabi has had in recent years.

I guess PAO and Olympiacos are not interested in him but they should be. He's the second best Greek center after Bourousis at the moment IMO.
