Montenegrin basketball league information?
#1
What is the structure of this league? How many teams are playing? Are there any well known players from Montenegro other than Zarko Paspalj and Nikola Pekovic?

I really wonder what their talent in basketball is like now that they are independent... They kick ass in water polo, but how good a basketball NT can they gather up together?

I believe that Slavko Vranes, Zarko Cabarkapa, Vladimir Dasic, Predrag Drobnjak, Vlado Scepanovic, Mladen Sekularic, Blagota Sekulic, Djuro Ostojic, Sasha Pavlovic, Goran Jeretin, Goran Nikolic etc etc are all Montenegrin players.

Omar Cook is also "Montenegrin".

They can actually put together a pretty good national team.

And have Dr Vujosevic on the bench, and Pekovic as a killer, so yes, very soon, they will be one good team...

Drobnjak is pretty old to be playing on the NT <img src='http://www.talkbasket.net/forums/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/blink.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='Blink' /> <img src='http://www.talkbasket.net/forums/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/tongue.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='Tongue' />

Sekularic, Sekulic, and Vranes could be dangerous. I'm curious to watch their qualifying matches for the Eurobasket 2011 if I'm not mistaken?

I think that Milko Bjelica (player of Lietuvos Rytas) is Montenegrin too? He plays good, but I've never seen, that people from other countries would talk about him.
