Sources: NBA to investigate Lonzo, Lowry deals

Sign-and-trade deals between the Bulls and Pelicans for Lonzo Ball, and between the Heat and Raptors for Kyle Lowry, are under NBA investigation, sources told ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski and Ramona Shelburne.
