Great defensive game by maccabi, the Offense wasn't too impressive except for the 1st quarter.
Sofo played 30 minutes(!) and maybe he wasn't too good on offense BUT he didn't force shots and gave an incredible fighting game on both sides and did an amazing job on defense.
David Blatt once again did a wonderful job, but now comes a huge challenge, Khimki in Moscow.
Perkins, once again was everywhere, unbelievable fighting game, great defensive work, he gave all that he could, you gotta love this player.

What the hell is wrong with PAO? DD has a habit to spit on opponents and now this...This is bad day for human beings.

Mitso is one of the nicest guys you'd ever met on a basketball court, the only player he's ever spat at is Teodosic who's an outright prick. Don't make sweeping statements about players in that manner, it looks incredibly narrow-minded.
As for Batiste? I can't really comment what the hell was on his mind when he did that, did he actually know what he was doing? He wasn't looking down, and he doesn't have a pre-history of being a scuffler i.e. see Marcus Haislip <img src='http://www.talkbasket.net/forums/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/tongue.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=' ' />
PAO had a chance to clinch the game, but Obradovic commenting that he doesn't have players who are good enough for the level that he required them for the game that night, poses one question? What the hell was he thinking this past summer when he was supposed to decide on rebuilding the team with enough good players that can work as and when he requires them to?

no KFC or watermelon for him for a month.

He's out of the ghetto now, so I think he'd be more of a fan of chicken gyros instead <img src='http://www.talkbasket.net/forums/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/rofl3.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=' ' />

Hey, I have nothing against DD, it's just he has that dirty habit. Whoever provokes it.

He shouldn't have acted this way, you are right. But it happened once, so it is not a habit!!

Well for what it's worth, the players DD spat on were a Serb and a Croat. So I'm not surprised.
Respect and thanks for everything:
Alvertis, Bodiroga, Jasikevicius, Radja, Wilkins, Vrankovic, Fotsis, Rebraca, Kattash, Gentile, Koch, Middleton, Kutluay, Rogers, Papadopoulos, Becirovic, Tomasevic, Siskauskas, Pekovic, Lakovic, Vujanic, Chatzivrettas, Maljkovic, Spanoulis and many more to follow in the near future.

So? It still doesn't give you grounds for your comment of 'habit'. You seem to really like jumping to conclusions for some reason.
Unfortunately for Batiste however, he's been guilty of stomping on opponent's heads before <img src='http://www.talkbasket.net/forums/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/huh.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=' ' />

If the refs noted his action in the game sheet he can be banned. If they didn't, it will be difficult.

If nothing else, it would be right, that he receive at least a warning. Euroleague should do this, for its reputation.

I think the only worse and more dangerous attempt of one player against another was Tarlac vs. Missounof back in the 90's <img src='http://www.talkbasket.net/forums/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/laugh.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=' ' />
Batiste should be punished harshly for what he did, what the hell was going through his mind? <img src='http://www.talkbasket.net/forums/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/blink.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=' ' />
