Once again, basketball justice spoke.

Teams like Partizan and Zalgiris will always be above jokes like Prokom.

Euroleague might as well take that A license they gave to the Poles and shove it up their asses.

Partizan is rising with form. <img src='http://www.talkbasket.net/forums/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/rolleyes.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='Rolleyes' /> James Gist showed great skill.Ratko Varda very nervous.

Ratko Varda is trying to become a poor man's Milan Gurovic lately. Annoying and stupid. And with much less talent than Milan.

Finally Žalgiris exploded that potential it has! Birza Begic with the best performance in his life! He'll play for Slovenia one day I believe. Pocius is becoming one of the best guards in Euroleaue. Kalnietis finally showed that he is matured player and he has to steal the minutes from Collins.

For the first time this season I enjoyed watching Žalgiris play. And that's including all games (EL, LKL VTCool. It's clear that this team has some decent potential but the coach was unable to make the players play the way they could. Last night Žalgiris showed strong personality (in away game) for the first time in a few years. I just hope that they won't revert to the old style next week and will capitalise on this win instead.

Begic has been called to play in Slovenia NT but he refused cause he wants to play for Bosnia.

Nice game for PAO tonight, the defense was stellar and literally strangulated Efes from scoring at all. Nicholas who? <img src='http://www.talkbasket.net/forums/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/laugh.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='Laugh' /> Kalathis had a great game tonight, he appears to be maturing faster than perhaps expected. I still want to see Kaimakoglou be more productive on the offensive end, he puts in so much heart and hussle for the team, he just seems to be unlucky in not getting the offense to work out for him (yet). Obradovic recognises his skill however and gives him the time to get more used to being on a team like PAO. I really hope Kosta explodes into becoming a massive offensive threat like he was on Maroussi, swatting PAO and Oly mortally <img src='http://www.talkbasket.net/forums/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/thup.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />

Oly isn't as controlled as one would think. Papaloukas' leadership was definitely missed, don't Teodosic and Spanoulis have clear-cut roles yet? Seems like Papanikolaou is also gaining Duda's confidence game by game. These young bucks are going to be making up our NT soon, so it's good to see them heading on the right track 8)

What about Maccabi's monster win vs. Khimki? Seems like the team is a force to be reckoned with, with a re-born Sofo tearing it up once more <img src='http://www.talkbasket.net/forums/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/laugh.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='Laugh' />

You mean he has matured since..last week against Union when he played really bad and forced Obradovic to keep Diamantidis to the game without resting him, something that cost us at the end...

What a game in Moscow yesterday... Blu had the winning three pointer but I think that everyone who watched the game especially last quarter could say the man of the match is Perkins, he was everywhere on both sides, didn't score too much but he stole at least twice including last ball when there was 1.5 left for khimki (even tho euroleague website gave him only 1 steal for some reason..) he took 3 crucial offensive rebouds, twice when maccabi was down by 7 and missed and one time in the last offense when there were 2-3 secs left and passed it to Blu.. He's a true fighter, he's always there when he needed and damn, for 350k a season he's one of the players that are worth much more than what they get. I simply love this player. You gotta watch last minutes against khimki, partizan and 3rd quarter against zalgiris (when they were coming back) to understand.

Now as for the whole team, the typical great defense in the first half, starting with 16-2 away is amazing and letting khimki score only 31 in the irst half, too bad the def fell in the second half, but the last minutes reminded me of the first half def. Blatt is doing a great job, offense will improve as more time pass I hope. Eidson's finally here with 16 points and great confidence, sofo had 16 and great fighting game on both sides, blatt's doing great things with him.

I hope the first half with Caja was a one-time shock and won't come back, cuz if we'll get the same maccabi as last weeks quarter final looks very realistic and with some luck maybe even FF
