Well, James White is still on an NBA roster in February which means that one of the world's best dunkers will finally take part in the NBA dunk contest next Saturday.
To make things even better the other contenders feature former champions Gerald Green and Jeremy Evans, rookie sensation Terrance Ross as well as Kenneth Faried and Eric Bledsoe.
I cannot recall the last time that I was this excited for a Dunk Content. It was probably back during the Jason Richardson vs. Desmond Mason days.
Of course, the NBA has already threatened to derail this potentially legandary dunk contest with a stupid gimmick. The final round will feature the highest scored dunker from the Eastern Conference vs. the highest scored dunker from the Western Conference. How stupid is that? Nobody cares about East vs. West just show us the two best dunkers in the final round.
