The title is wrong!

It is "Koppel-Cup", not champions.

But right now that's reality, and there's really not much we can do. I hope Maccabi joins the Adriatic next season and shows up to the Israeli league with youth players and Derrick Sharp as go-to-guy and only play serious in the playoffs. Maybe that'll teach Koppel a lesson.

Maccabi Tel Aviv 100 Rishon LeZion 77

An easy win for Maccabi, the margin was 35 before Rishon made it a little less painful.

It was over after 5 minutes with Maccabi leading 20-2 and the since then the difference got higher and lower every few minutes but no real risk for Maccabi that cruised to the final with no real problems.

Maccabi's top ScorersTongueargo 17, Macvan 15, Eliyahu 13

Gilboa-Galil 98 Hapoel Jerusalem 80

Hapoel Jerusalem, the eternal losers of the Israeli basketball have failed (once again) to even reach a final.

And in the last minutes of the game they acted disgustingly with some VERY ugly fouls, 2 Hapoel players got ejected and one more should have because he pushed Galil player on the floor but for some reason he didn't get kicked out of the game. It's a shame that a club like Hapoel Jerusalem that claims to be a big and respected club act in such a disgusting way after losing a game to a better team

Maccabi 91 Galil 64

For the 49th time Maccabi wins the championship, Galil never was a real threat in this game despite getting close a few times. Derrick Sharp in what may be his last game played about 5 minutes and scored 2 points. Later in the lift ceremony he took Doron Perkins with him to lift this golden plate thing..

David Blu was the MVP with 19 points including an amazing first quarter with 12 points.

Thanks.

You got the big title I guess we'll have to compromise for the Israeli double <img src='http://www.talkbasket.net/forums/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/biggrin.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='Biggrin' />
