I'm going with Georgia over Russia. They have momentum after today's big win and the political tensions will add extra motivation. It is reminiscent of the Zalgiris vs. CSKA situation in the 1980s.

^ LOL, somehow I don't see that happening.
I hope we have a nice healthy game this time round, get to run all our plays against the Finns and have a good solid practice match <img src='http://www.talkbasket.net/forums/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=' ' />

Teletovic in my opinion is easily the most overrated player in eurobasket. <img src='http://www.talkbasket.net/forums/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/thudown.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />

OK, he now scored 11 points(3/3 3pointers) in two minutes but I strongly believe he is overrated...

Turkey won the second game too. Turkey: 90 - Great Britain: 61. Up until now, we played better than we expect. But tomorrow Lithuania game will be the real and the most important test for us.

Hellas won it easily! <img src='http://www.talkbasket.net/forums/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/thup.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />
Finland was good though.
I think Finland will win about 2 games and will fight with Bosnia for the 3rd place!

Eliyahu gets his 4th foul in the middle of the 3rd, Pnini, Halperin and Blu miss wide open threes (Israel 5/19 3FG) we can't win this way.. If we don't beat Serbia we're out, and I've watched both games of Israel and both games of Serbia and I can tell for sure that they're 10 levels ahead of us.. I guess it's game over for us, at least we have 3 games left I hope we can earn some of our respect back by winning at least one game. No fighting by Israel at all in 2 games this is unacceptable.

Finland were a load of flopping f*cks, the number of charges we got called for in their favour was through the roof favouritism for the Finns. Still, we defended the hell outta them, blocked the hell outta them, and stole the hell outta them, the only thing that kept them in the game from the difference going to +30-40 was their 3p shooting, and that was about it.

The 4 out of 5 Calathes' fouls were offensive!!! <img src='http://www.talkbasket.net/forums/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/blink.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=' ' />

I've never seen such one-sided refereeing, it's like we were getting punished for something we didn't do, everytime a whistle was blown when we were in offense, I was expecting a charge call <img src='http://www.talkbasket.net/forums/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/rolleyes.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=' ' /> <img src='http://www.talkbasket.net/forums/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/angry.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=' ' />

Well, well, Italy got beat by 14 from Germany, not entirely out of character of what should be expected of them. Italy will struggle to make it to the top 16, if they are to have any fighting chance.
Startling result of the day, FYROM beating Croatia by a bucket difference. Croatia still confirms being a side of underperformers for many years now. Hats off to Gecevski and co., the former having prove himself to be an amazing player for PAOK- he must be pulling his team along nicely <img src='http://www.talkbasket.net/forums/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/thup.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />
