The most interesting Group.Group of death <img src='http://www.talkbasket.net/forums/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/laugh.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=' ' /> Only Charleroi is out of competition but who knows <img src='http://www.talkbasket.net/forums/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/wink.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=' ' />

1. Maccabi
2. Real
3. Partizan
4. Efes
------------------
Maccabi, because it is the most constant team so far. They are already in a good form and EL hasn't even started yet.
Real is second to Maccabi simply because Real can't find its game for years now and I don't think that this is the year. Yet, they are second purely because of the good rooster.
After weaker roll in the EL last year, Partizan is back with the brand new team that looks pretty awesome. This is the closest so far to my dream coming true - to play and win the EL with only domestic players, cause I know we can do that! They are eager to play with the best again, youngsters have grown up and this is their year!
I never really liked Efes because of the team chemistry and stuff, and I don't think they will do much this year either. Efes simply doesn't have it.

Way too soon to say that it's a group of death. It even could be one of the weaker groups after all. Real constantly comes short with their goals, Efes is even worse version of Real, Armani Milano is doomed as whole Italian BB these days, Spirou Basket is barely on the map. That's the group of death? We'll see.

If I had to make predictions I would say...
1)Maccabi
2)Real Madrid
3)Anadolu EFES
4)Armani Milano
Of course Partizan has pretty good chances to make the upset but I think that's more likely to happen! <img src='http://www.talkbasket.net/forums/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/cool.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />

DAMN! what a group we got stuck in.. There will be no easy games at all for any team (maybe Spirou but these teams always get a few surprising victories too). Real with their huge money and impressive roster, Efes mean business this year, they got the final four in Turkey and they wanna be there, no matter what the price is. Ask Caja Laboral's management <img src='http://www.talkbasket.net/forums/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/biggrin.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=' ' />, Milano decided to try and find their way to the top of Europe and made some very impressive signings, Partizan with their great home crowd and Pekovic's return are never a team that you can ignore and of course you got Maccabi, last year's finalist that built a deep roster and kept many important players with the great crowd at Nokia arena and the possible addition of Langford.
This group is going to be like gold for anybody who loves European basketball, so many good games, so much talent, so many big names and so much beautiful basketball awaits in this group. I don't think we've seen a group with so many strong teams since 2004 when all final four teams were in the same group, I don't think it's gonna be the same this year but I'd say this group has 5 teams that all of them have reasonable chances of reaching at least the quarterfinals.

Yea this group was crazy, not only did it have Maccabi, Skipper, CSKA and Siena (final four teams) in the same group, it also included Panathinaikos and Zalgiris with Sabonis that only a miracle three pointer prevented them from reaching the final-four.

In Euroleague team focus of Maccabi there is legendary triple by Sharp <img src='http://www.talkbasket.net/forums/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/wink.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=' ' />

Thanks for posting the vid for some reason I didn't notice they already did the team focus on Maccabi <img src='http://www.talkbasket.net/forums/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/huh.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=' ' />
That game was amazing indeed, Sabonis had an amazing last Euroleague game, proved what a huge player he was even when he was very old and after many injuries, but eventually the better team won, and after this game everything was set for this Maccabi of Saras-Parker-Vujcic to become one of the greatest teams in Europe's history. MEMORIES <img src='http://www.talkbasket.net/forums/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/crybye.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=' ' />
But this season has a potential to be amazing too, maybe not as good as 2004 for Maccabi but I think it's gonna be one of the best seasons in the Euroleague as there are so many strong teams, so many Final-Four candidates.. I can't wait! <img src='http://www.talkbasket.net/forums/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/biggrin.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=' ' />

Now Real got Ibaka too.. can this group get any harder? seriously, this is just insane to think about how much talent there is in this group, if all teams can also become good teams (and not just stay a bunch of good individuals) then I really think all 4 teams that qualify from here will get to final8 or more.

This is insane! 4th team will be decided between Armani and Partizan, I would say, and after that, TOP8 is reality.

Charleroi.. damn <img src='http://www.talkbasket.net/forums/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/bag.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=' ' /> I didn't imagine they can beat Efes, especially in Turkey! Maybe it's really a group where EVERYTHING can happen <img src='http://www.talkbasket.net/forums/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/ohmy.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=' ' />
