Euroleague Final Four Tribute Quiz
#1
Since Euroleague Final Four starts tomorrow, it would be a good idea to make a "Final Four Tribute' quiz. Everyone are welcome to ask and answer.

1. Who played in 2004 Final and what was the score?

2. Including 2007, in how many consecutive Final Fours has CSKA taken part since 2003?

3. How many Argentinians are in TAU's squad?

4. Trajan, Langdon got 44/47 in Free Throws, when was the last time he missed a Free Throw?

5. Malaga's Pepe Sanchez has played in another Final Four team. Which?

6. When did Ettore Messina win his first Euroleague title?

7. When did Sergio Scariolo coach in a Final Four for the first and last time?

8. Who is the all time top scorer in Final Four matches?

9. Who scored the most points in a single Final Four match?

10. Who won the first Final Four ever?
Respect and thanks for everything:

Alvertis, Bodiroga, Jasikevicius, Radja, Wilkins, Vrankovic, Fotsis, Rebraca, Kattash, Gentile, Koch, Middleton, Kutluay, Rogers, Papadopoulos, Becirovic, Tomasevic, Siskauskas, Pekovic, Lakovic, Vujanic, Chatzivrettas, Maljkovic, Spanoulis and many more to follow in the near future.

Five.

3. How many Argentinians are in TAU's squad?

Two?

4. Trajan, Langdon got 44/47 in Free Throws, when was the last time he missed a Free Throw?

No idea.

5. Malaga's Pepe Sanchez has played in another Final Four team. Which?

TAU?

6. When did Ettore Messina win his first Euroleague title?

Don't know.

7. When did Sergio Scariolo coach in a Final Four for the first and last time?

Don't know.

8. Who is the all time top scorer in Final Four matches?

Don't know.

9. Who scored the most points in a single Final Four match?

10. Who won the first Final Four ever?

A Latvian team? Can't remember what exactly. Or perhaps it was Dynamo Tbilissi?

1. Correct. Score was 118-74, 44 points difference!

2. Correct.

3. Wrong. Three: Scola, Prigioni, Eslava.

4. November 1st. more than 5 months!

5. Wrong. Panathinaikos.

6. 1998, with Virtus Bologna.

7. 1991 (16 years ago!)

8. Nikos Galis. 231 points in 4 Final Four competitions

9. Nikos Galis. 43 in Zaragoza Final Four in 1990.

10. First team to win the title was ASK Riga (if i'm not wrong). But my question was especially about the Final Four format competition, Treyser Milano won it in 1988.

Actually I didn't know Scariolo was coaching for such a long time, amazing.

I thought of Nikos Galis, I mean, who else? <img src='http://www.talkbasket.net/forums/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/biggrin.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='Biggrin' />
