Lietuvos Rytas just crushed Le Mans 85-50. The difference could have been even larger but Rytas scored only 13 points in the 4th quarter. Players were too relaxed. Now Rytas have 2 tough away games against Aris and Efes Pilsen. I'll add stats later.

Fantastic game for Rytas. We are now top of the group. Lukauskis was on fire last night. The best season in his career no doubt. Rytas should loan Anisimovas to another team so he could progress as a player. He gets more minutes in LKL and BBL but in EL he lacks confidence and fails to use those minutes that he get. I expect a very close game versus Aris next week. Despite being in first place Rytas can easily drop down because it is a very close group. Let's hope it won't happen.

Qyntel Woods making dunks as always. The most beautiful episode for me was Spanoulis's pass through his legs. I would include Žukis block when blew away Ilievski's shot in this top 10 too.

No 1 play of the week is bynum's 3 pointer from half court!

Efes Pilsen looked like they were getting better and better but now they lost against Maccabi. Was it Sherf's revolution working?
#9
Defenatly Sherf did it. He let the best of Maccabi player to stay 40 min on the court and Morris gave him 16 points and 19 reb. Katsh not allways let Morris play much. Batista and Fizer did great each time they were on court. Sherf stoped the switches on def and Maccabi stopped most of Efes guns <img src='http://www.talkbasket.net/forums/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='Smile' /> Katash used to do many substiutions and that hurt playres like Yotam and Morris, Sherf just let them play. Sherf let old aging Sharp only 3 minutes to play and that says a lot...
#10
Certainly a positive sign for Maccabi. This could secure Sherf a permanent job at the club I guess, of course only if the club continue showing results like that. Does he think about dropping some players and signing new as new coach usually makes some squad changes?

That qoestion is not so "answerable" till we see what is goingon in Bynum's case...
