NBA wants to raise the limit age for rookies

NBA wants to raise the limit age for the rookies who will be coming out of high school.

According to FoxSports, in a meeting between NBA commissioner David Stern and the NCAA president Myles Brend it was agreed that all highschool graduates will have to spend at least two seasons in the NCAA before having the right to sign up for the draft.

What do you think about this?
Respect and thanks for everything:

Alvertis, Bodiroga, Jasikevicius, Radja, Wilkins, Vrankovic, Fotsis, Rebraca, Kattash, Gentile, Koch, Middleton, Kutluay, Rogers, Papadopoulos, Becirovic, Tomasevic, Siskauskas, Pekovic, Lakovic, Vujanic, Chatzivrettas, Maljkovic, Spanoulis and many more to follow in the near future.

The idea is good in general. There will be less young players who are drafted and fail to find a place in a team. But on the otehr hand some of those young players are ready to play in NBA earlier like it happened with LeBron James for example. Higher age limit will also mean that there will be more experienced players coming to the league which is good.

If the age limit is raised then the NBA teams will have two solutions for the problem.

1. Keep veterans for one (or more) more season in their rosters, something which is already happening lately, just look how many veterans there are out there still playing important roles for their teams.

2. Look other where for new players, Euroleague and Europe in general that is where youngsters usually blossom after the age of 20, so the age won't be a problem there...

But this could also have vice versa results if you ask me... For example an American who graduates from highschool and doesn't want to waste 2 season in the NCAA can become pro in Europe before joining NBA.

It is on the paper..

Take a side of teams:do you need such young foreigner player with diffirent playing style and who is coming only on 2 seasons(only I mean..A player has to develop from the college level..it takes time..he has to take European style of life and play..And I think a player will only play for his stats..If he will play..And don't forget about a language problem).

But Lebron really didn't play too well in his first two seasons. He really started to come on within the last two years.
