Israel, France, and Turkey need to go bye bye IMO. They need more posts - we have no one that focuses on that. The moderator that owns that forum should be a mod of some other forum, because I don't think we have any Turkish, Israel, or France fans that focus on that topic and get alot of activeness.

I suggest moving those forums under Other Leagues as a subforums. France basketball forum is already there. I'll try to get some posting in Israeli and Turkish forums before moving them.

Yep. That would work. a whole forum is kind of stupid though.
