In the Bosnia Playoff will play Bosna ASA(first in regular season and also Adriatic participiant) vs. Sloboda Dita and in other semi-final Siroki vs. Igokea.Winner of championship will participate next year in Adriatic League with Bosna ASA who qualificated because is been first in regular season.

Siroki is champion of Bosnia and Herzegovina.Beating Bosna ASA 2-0 in series.Both teams has qualified for Adriatic League next sason.
