Euroleague 2009/10: Game 4
#1
Lietuvos Rytas has almost no offensive weapons. They could get a win against weaker teams purely because of their defensive style but when it comes to individually strong teams you also have to be able to respond to their shots. One of the best offensive players for Rytas, Gecevičius is limited in offence because he can't create shots for himself. He's a type of player who scores when he gets the ball open. But the opposition defence will nto let you do that when they know how you play. Baynes still gets into foul trouble which limits his time on the court. Rytas needs someone who might not be the best defender that Kurtinaitis wants but who could be dangerous in offence.
Cant wait for our game tonight. Is there any injuries in your team?

We have problem with our two most experienced players on guard Bozic and Kecman.

All players are ok. Popovic, Bjelica, Sinica, Brazdauskis were ill but they appear to be ok now. Rytas is undefeated at home in European competitions for two years already and they hope to continue their run.

Alen Anderson and Stefon Lasme.

How could Cibona and Partizan let them go?

You mean Cibona which is having financial troubles and is unable to pay wages to their players or Partizan which had financial troubles this summer and they are still not 100% safe now? <img src='http://www.talkbasket.net/forums/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/tongue.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='Tongue' />
