Quote:Skyliners thumped by Bamberg in Game 3

The Beko Basketball Bundesliga play-offs have been full of exciting, close games but Sunday' clash between Brose Baskets Bamberg and Deutsche Bank Skyliners was effectively over at half-time.

Mark Worthington led the scoring rampage with 20 points as Bamberg won the for second straight time in the championship series, thrashing Gordon Herbert's side 97-52.

"Bamberg was like a steamroller that rolled over us," Herbert said.

"We must show character on Tuesday and reflect on our virtues."

Indeed, Chris Fleming's Bamberg can seal the title with a win on Tuesday in Frankfurt.

He stressed that Sunday's demolition job was worth just one win and nothing more.

"It is only one more victory," he said.

"We must build on our defensive performance from Sunday and do that from the beginning.

"We will need to put all of our concentration and focus into Game 4."
Respect and thanks for everything:

Alvertis, Bodiroga, Jasikevicius, Radja, Wilkins, Vrankovic, Fotsis, Rebraca, Kattash, Gentile, Koch, Middleton, Kutluay, Rogers, Papadopoulos, Becirovic, Tomasevic, Siskauskas, Pekovic, Lakovic, Vujanic, Chatzivrettas, Maljkovic, Spanoulis and many more to follow in the near future.
