Druker is out 100%.
If Pini is staying, no way that Druker will.

I don't think Pini will actually have an important role in Maccabi, they're just setting him up with a 'fancy name' role so he wouldn't be humiliated by the media and the public(and that's the right thing to do no doubt)
Blatt would have never even thought about coming back to Maccabi just so he can work under Pini again..they don't get along so if Blatt is coming back that means that Pini won't be that important to the club

To me it would be strange if Drucker doesn't leave Maccabi. What's the point of wasting two years as assistant coach when he could already be a head coach at rather good team? At first I though that he too this job because he expected to replace Gershon in the near future but since Gershon is gone, there's no point in staying in my opinion. Especially since the new coach will probably sign multi-year contract.

I don't know I think that ass. coach in Maccabi is a great Job..until things started going down hill between Drucker and Pini they were like one...super coach,he was so involved, signing players(Eidson,Bluthental..Drucker insisted on them)talking to the players during time-outs..so he and Pini were like two head coaches, but on paper he was ass. coach
so..I would actually like to see it happening next year as well..Blatt and Drucker forming a 'Super Coach'(the lamest super hero ever!)
