Submission of BC Red Star to Commercial Court

Basketball Club Red Star handed the brief to the Commercial Court in Belgrade, which requires the rejection of the bankruptcy proceedings.



As the main argument of 'red-white' alleged conflict of the Bankruptcy Law and the Law on Civic Associations.



"We filed a motion in order to dismiss the bankruptcy proceedings as illegal. We put forward the relevant arguments which justify opinion that Red Star may not be the status of the bankruptcy debtor. The laws are not harmonized, and over the Red Star must be applied both.We believe that there are strong reasons for excluding the possibility of bankruptcy of sports organizations and associations of citizens "said Mirko Pavlovic general manager of Red Star.
