Derrick Rose deserves it more than anyone. He led Chicago Bulls expertly to the ultimate home court advantage by having the best record in the NBA. The more important factor, though, that makes hm the #1 contender for the award is that he did that despite the many injuries of the 2 starting bigs, Boozer and Noah.
He carried his team alone on most of the season, he definately deserves it!!
GO BULLS!!!!
*milestone 1: Rose drained 128 3 pointers in this season. Jordan's season best was 111!!! <img src='http://www.talkbasket.net/forums/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/mellow.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />
**milestone 2: Rose led his team to the best record in NBA on his 3rd year in the league, Jordan made it on his 7th season(and he had Pippen).
***I'm not trying to compare these two, Jordan will always be the best, just... for the record!!!! <img src='http://www.talkbasket.net/forums/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/wink.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />
