Mike Green dragged Cantu within one early in the final quarter but Montepaschi responded with 10 points in a row and never looked back en route to the win. Nikolaos Zisis provided 16 points for Siena. Marco Carraretto and Rimantas Kaukenas had 11 points apiece in the win. Maarten Leunen replied with 16 points and 6 boards for Cantu. Mike Green delivered 15 points in the loss.
