Can Nigeria Cause Another Upset

Having already seen Nigeria beating Lithuania and still manage to lose is pathetic and unacceptable. <img src='http://www.talkbasket.net/forums/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/thudown.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':thudown:' />



We played NO D throughout the tournament. Greece will always be a defensive minded team. Almost all of our players are good defenders but the same doesn't go for offense. It has always been like that in the last decade. Defense is the alpha and the omega in our game and will always be.

Last night, even when we were making baskets on offense, you knew, you felt, that it's gonna be very difficult to not get one back. They used their athletic abilities and schooled us. IMO, we should play only zone D from the time we lost the lead we had in half time. They made their shots, yeah, but they also made many baskets in the paint. Personally, I'd give them the 3 point shot and I'd live with that.
