Does anyone know when Brazil and Argentina started sending secondary teams to the South American Basketball Championship? I would like to figure this out to improve accuracy of my rankings for these countries in those years. There seems to be a lot of information online for when United States sends secondary players, but not much for any other countries. This can be very troublesome for ranking accuracy.
