Due to his right choices he even got himself a Greek A1 title, something which Papaloukas didn't.
Papaloukas has managed to participate in final four 8 times in a row (the last two as a player of Olympiakos), as many times as Holden. This is a great achievement so he didn't do that great "injustice" to himself. He just happens to be greek and since Olympiacos plays a leading role in Euroleague imo he made a right choice at the time. I think that he didn't manage to make the team count on him and this will be even more difficult to happen after signing Spanoulis.
