But in TBL, if you have quality in native players, you don't need an extra program. Fenerbahçe and Ulker were different teams a few years ago. Efes and Ulker had best native players. Ulker agreed with Fenerbahçe and they generated a coalition. The new team called : Fenerbahçe Ãlker.
