This are the following things that I'm hearing:
Looks like Slovenian Mirza Begic will have a lot of trouble. He ran from his former team Zalgiris Kaunas and they do not except to let him go without a ransom. Real Madrid (they wanted Begic last summer) do not want to pay any ransom.
Panathinaikos Athens also have trouble with Center position, Mike Batiste just got back from injury and Aleks Maric will be sidelined for 1 and a half month. However Mirza Begic is not that calibre player to pay ransom for. They are very interested in Ramunas Siskauskas but his contract with CSKA is huge. Coach Zeljko Obradovic publicly said that Panathinaikos could sign a player in next few days.
They were also interested in Mire Chatman, but the new Cola Besiktas Turka coach Ataman said that he needs this player. We remind you that Mire Chatman was suspended by his team owners when he did not show up in few trainings. After suspension few Euroleague teams were interested in him.
The rumor about Chatman will be bullshit I think. Obradovic will not want to work with a player like him. He also isn't good enough

If Žalgiris will not receive a solid buy-out fee for Mirza BegiÄ, they will demant a compensation from Mirza BegiÄ himself. The club doesn't say how much it will be, but they said they will want money for all the summer's work with Mirza and some other fees, so I'm guessing it could be a very signifficant amount.

In my opinion it's right that Zalgiris asks for a compesation. They have spend time and money in them and now he leaves them and breaks his contract. There will always be two sides of the story and either side will them look good and the other look bad. But I hope for Zalgiris and Begic that this case will end very soon. it isn't good for Zalgiris reputation and for Begic's reputation. It is also not good for Begic because he can't play and he can't go to the team he wants to

According to one.co.il Richard Hendrix will go on loan to Fuenlabrada (did I spell it ok? <img src='http://www.talkbasket.net/forums/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/biggrin.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=' ' />)
they say the deal will be closed in the next 24 hours. (I dunno how reliable this is.. With the Israeli sports media you can neve know)

David Blatt deny any of Hendrix rumour.

Yes.. It seems like the rumors were, once again, bullshit.
Hendrix scored 16 and had 7 blocks yesterday and Blatt said after the game that Hendrix isn't going anywhere.

Maccabi offerted a two-year extension to Doron Perkins but he wants to wail till the end of the season to talk about it

Papadopoulos in talks with Malaga to leave Paok
Lazaros Papadopoulos(2.13-C) spoke to Spanish newspaper La Opinion De Malaga and he said that his agent Minas Toukmenidis is currently in talks with Malaga. During the summer the agent of Papadopoulos asked for a million euros from Malaga but back then the deal didn't go through so Malaga renewed their contract Scottish center Robert Archibald.
Now Malaga are back in talks with Papadopoulos who said that he is a player of Paok for the time being but he didn't deny the possibility of a deal with Malaga. Paok would have to be compensated to let Papadopoulos leave but that might be a big problem for them as he is their best player and they're all out of spots for any foreign players. Bosman centers are quite expensive and hard to find so this might be quite a serious blow for Paok. According to malagahoy.es, the buy-out clause in the contract with Paok is 150,000 euros and that's not a prohibiting amount for a team like Malaga.
Papadopoulos has been the cornerstone of Paok, both in the Eurocup and the Greek League averaging so far 10.7 points 7.5 rebounds and 1.9 assists in 10 games in the Greek League and also 16 points 12.2 rebounds and 2.5 assists
It's no secret that Papadopoulos is not having too much fun in Greece. The recent debacle of the Greek players strike that he led as the President of the Players' Union has turned the tides as to how he is treated by the Greek referees. In Greece Papadopoulos doesn't win as many fouls as he does in Europe and that diminishes his capacity in the game as they allow his opponents to play "tougher defense".
He is still owed money by Paok(most of his monthly salaries) so this could just be an elaborate way of forcing the Paok administration into paying him

Malaga seems to be interested in everything that moves. Lazos could be a fine addition to the roster and it is high time he had another go at the euroleague level after he failed with Real Madrid. He is only 30y.o after all

Having in mind all the strongest Euroleague's centers (like Pekovic, Spliter) are gone, he could make few buckets I guess...

Žalgiris is actively negotiating with Greek coach Elias Zouros. He was in Kaunas last week, but then returned back to Athens. There are reports, that he wants a little more money and requests some changes in the roster, that Žalgiris may not be willing to do.
Žalgiris is also looking for a center and a small forward, following the incident with Å alenga and the whole BegiÄ story.
It is becoming clear that BegiÄ won't play for Žalgiris anymore and will probably not play for the remainder of the season.

Virtus Roma and coach Boniciolli part ways
The coach leaves after one year.Virtus Roma and coach Matteo Boniciolli officially parted ways. The coach arrived at the helm of the Italian team in the middle of the last season replacing Nando Gentile. In the summer Boniciolli signed a two year contract with Lottomatica.
One of the top candidates was Sergio Scariolo but I'm hearing that they will appoint Saso Filipovski as their new headcoach for the rest of the season. Saso Filipovski was an assistent of Dusko Vujosevic at CSKA Moscow

Could anyone that has seen his teams play more could comment on what kind of a coach Zouros is? What style do his teams play?

He is a hard working and modern coach. His teams play nice, all around and pleasant basketball.
The guards run the show and he needs his big guys to be good shooters and defenders.
Respect and thanks for everything:
Alvertis, Bodiroga, Jasikevicius, Radja, Wilkins, Vrankovic, Fotsis, Rebraca, Kattash, Gentile, Koch, Middleton, Kutluay, Rogers, Papadopoulos, Becirovic, Tomasevic, Siskauskas, Pekovic, Lakovic, Vujanic, Chatzivrettas, Maljkovic, Spanoulis and many more to follow in the near future.
