Zeus there was no fighting, Pnini decided to hit Krstic's stomach for some reason (nothing serious) Krstic gave him a little push and that's pretty much it, although I do recommend watching the game anyway cuz there's been some nice basketball in this game from both sides.

France is athletic too. I think Turkey has the edge. Kanter and Asik have NBA elevation. Meaning they can jump. Ersan looks beastly in his lateral movement, quick first step jumping ability. Turkey is very athletic.

Almost everyone in France's roster are athletic.

Especially the black ones.

Blacks can jump, is a law! <img src='http://www.talkbasket.net/forums/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/wink.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='Wink' />

LMFAO!!!!! That's hilarious.:-D Not all blacks can jump. Yeah people see the black French and think athletic BUT this is not always the case. To be fair Dirk seemed stronger and more overall athletic than any player in the front court. His lateral movement was superior. The French are fast with players like Parker. Comparing front court athleticism (speed, lateral quickness, first step, elevation) Turkey has France beat. Turkey has about 5 or so small forwards to Centers that are faster, longer, higher jumpers than any other team in the tourney. Yes just opinions...

Come on man. First of all you first mentioned "jumping" and secondly blacks are usually athletic in general not just in vertical...

We finally showed some pride and fought, too bad we lost it in the last minutes, it looked like we're gonna win this one.

@led00- true, what Pnini did wasn't the most sportive thing but don't bash him for that.. It wasn't necessary for Ivkovoc to jump on the court after that, not a nice thing what he did but nothing that horrible, it's part of the game there's some tension between players, he did a bad thing he shoul've been punished by the refs, it's not Ivkovic's job.

[/quote]

Ivkovic just say it " Don't do it that ". So he didn't anything bad <img src='http://www.talkbasket.net/forums/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/thup.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />

Yes, walking into the court to lecture a player is not bad... let's don't forget who started OAKA fight last summer, it was the same clown. He is doing this for ages. It's an ancient Serbian tactic, Maljkovic used to it with PAO... it's not the 80s anymore, those grandpas are no authority.
