Russian Cup 2009
#1
To be played today:

CSKA Moscow vs UNICS Kazan

Dynamo Moscow vs Triumph Lyubertsy

Should be somewhat easy for CSKA and Dynamo.

I guess so. The only thing that can stop them is two games in two days. Their bench isn't that deep. But neither is Dynamo's bench. Should be an interesting final though if both CSKA and Dynamo make it through.
Respect and thanks for everything:

Alvertis, Bodiroga, Jasikevicius, Radja, Wilkins, Vrankovic, Fotsis, Rebraca, Kattash, Gentile, Koch, Middleton, Kutluay, Rogers, Papadopoulos, Becirovic, Tomasevic, Siskauskas, Pekovic, Lakovic, Vujanic, Chatzivrettas, Maljkovic, Spanoulis and many more to follow in the near future.

Seems that CSKA will stay without the Cup for yet another season as they managed to lose to UNICS.

Pretty amazing!

Dynamo is the other team in the final. Hard to predict I suppose... I'll pick Dynamo.

Yup,me too. Dynamo is way better inside with Javtokas and Lavrinovic. And UNICS won't have Jackson I guess.

UNICS won! And easily! Congrats to the team, I didn't think they could beat Dynamo. Once again big names don't make big teams, hope Russian teams in general learn their lesson (and btw start putting some more Russian youngsters on the floor).

UNICS finally did it! And in easy. But it seems it wasn't that much of surprise, this was the 4th time they beat Dynamo this season.

By the way, Tatarstan's President Mintimer Shaymyev officially congratulated the entire team fo winning the Cup.
