2009 Summer signings and rumours
[quote name='Freddito' date='18 August 2009 - 01:20 PM' timestamp='1250594441' post='18490']

Panathinaikos' coach Obradovic thinks about signing D. Tsaldaris former Aris' combo guard. He's 1,94 m and despite the huge lack of talent, he worked very hard and achieved to play in this level. Also Oly's assistant seems to like Tsaldaris too. Kleiza and Wafer arrived yesterday in Greece

Pelekanos loaned out to Maroussi from Olympiakos.

No room for him at all in Panathinaikos. He should go to Aris or Olympiacos where there is a spot for him in the rotation.
Of course, he (Tsaldaris) won't play 25 mins! But he can be the 12th player of both teams (Panathinaikos, Olympiakos).

CSKA is getting smaller and smaller. Siska, Langdon and Holden can't do it on their own... Holden should have signed for Oly this year!

Barry Elder to Panellinios

Riste Stefanov and Lamont Mack to AEK

Tapoutos with PAOK finally

Jeremy Richardson and I. Newble won't let Papanikolaou play this year in Aris. What a pitty...

I like their roster except point guard seems too weak.

I do not believe Tsaldaris would be the 12th man of Olympiacos. He would make their rotation. Clearly, he would be the backup SG to me, so there he would definitely actually get playing time. Panathinaikos makes no sense for him. Apparently though Spartak also is interested in him.
Union Olimpija signed Gasper Vidmar on loan from Fenerbahce. He'll return to Fener at the 2010-2011 season.
Olympiakos close to sign the Aris' wonderkid Kostas Papanikolaou!

Both Oly and Panathinaikos were interested in signing the young forward (2.01) but Olympiakos seems to have decided to pay the big buy-out (600.000 Euro) for the 19 y o player. Aris' president is expected today in Athens to reach the agreement. The next days it will get official.

Real's 4 and 5 positions look very, very, very intimidating. Wow. I don't remember ever seeing such a talented 6 man 4/5 depth chart.
Barça sings Ricky Rubio (3.500.000€)

Will this be it? I really hope so for Rubio's career.
